ScienceSquad Africa is a citizen science non profit organization which has been operating virtually since the COVID-19 lockdown of 2019 but officially registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria on May 17, 2021.

We carry out science for education and economic development activities with a network of about 90 young members and 10 volunteer coordinators (and still expanding) across Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, Egypt, Ghana, The Gambia and Rwanda. We are established to provide year long opportunities for children and youth to learn and explore areas of science and technology using the new generation science standard.
